- Agreement is valid from the commencement of agreement date.
- The customer must check the car before receiving it, and must be sure that all relevant tools kits and spare tire are present in the car. In case of loss of any equipment the customer will be fully responsible for payment of the lost spare or any equipment.
- Customer undertakes to exercise due care and caution during the use of the vehicle. Vehicle must be stopped immediately on any fault indications or warning signals. The level of all fluids including oil level and radiator coolant level must be maintained at the level specified by the manufacturer. Customer will be responsible to pay for any damages in case of any neglect.
- The customer is strictly forbidden not to hand over the hired car to any other person for driving. Only the authorized additional driver in the agreement is allowed to drive our vehicle.
- In the event of any accidents, vehicle must not be moved until police have given permission. Traffic number 199 or 17872222. . Failure to do so may incur action by the police against driver. After obtaining the police report of the accident and contact Tooranco. Without this report, the customer will be responsible for the cost of all repairs for all vehicles involved in accident as insurance will not accept any claims for repairs.
- All the cars are covered with comprehensive insurance. The customer is responsible to pay BD100/- as deductible/insurance excess if an accident is caused by the customer. The deductible/insurance excess of BD300/- is required in case the customer is less than 25 years of age or has less than 2 years of driving experience.
- According to the Traffic Law No.(9) for the year 1979 and the Ministerial Decree No (28) for the year 1979, bans driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If the driver violates these rules, he/she shall bear full legal responsibility of the damages & injuries that he/she incur upon the vehicle and the others while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The customer is responsible to pay rent for the garage days at BD8/ per day for small cars and BD20/ per day for midsize and BD30 for the larger vehicle if the accident is hirers fault.
- Customer shall not undertake any maintenance or repair of vehicle directly.
- All penalties related to traffic offences are the responsibility of the hirer and Tooranco Rent A Car has the authority to charge the hirer's credit card for any traffic offences. In case the renter does not pay the fine(s) and Tooranco Rent A Car intervenes to the procedure, there will be an administration fee of BD10 additional to the fine's cost.
- It is the hirers’ responsibility to find the person who has damaged the hired car otherwise the customer will be accountable to pay for all damages.
- To extend the hiring period of the hired car, the customer is responsible to visit the company at least a day before the expiry of the agreement. The proposal for extension of period will only be accepted while considering timely payment and adequate follow-up of above conditions.
- In case of delay in payment from hirer, the company has the right cancel this agreement, retrieve the hired car immediately. The hirer should settle the account on the same day otherwise the company will take legal action against the customer. The Customer is liable to pay all the court fees and lawyer fees …etc.
- During agreement period, your cooperation will be solicited in case the car needs any service, maintenance or traffic inspection…etc.
- For daily rentals, the customer is allowed a maximum distance of 150kms per day. The customer will be charged 100 fils for small vehicle and 300 fils for bigger vehicles for every exceeding kilometer.
- For monthly rentals, the customer is allowed a maximum distance of 4000 kms per month. The customer will be charged 80 fils per km for every exceeding kilometer.
- If any items are forgotten in the car, the company is not responsible for its loss.
- The customer must bring the vehicle back in a clean condition. A fine of BD20 is required if the interior of the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition that requires interior shampooing. This includes, spillage of fluids, food, vomit, other stains, and unpleasant odours including cigarette smoke.
- The customer must bring the vehicle with the same level of fuel as he received. A minimum of BD3 will be charged with a maximum of Bd7 (Depending on fuel level and tank size).
- هذه الإتفاقية صالحة للفترة المتفق عليها من تاريخ الإستئجار.
- يجب على المستأجر فحص السيارة قبل إستلامها وأن يتأكد من وجود عجلة إضافية وأدوات، في حال ضياعها المستأجر ملزم بدفع قيمتها.
- على المستأجر التوقف عن السياقة في حال ظهور أي علامات ضوئية في السيارة ، يجب ان يلتزم المستأجر بفحص السيارة من خلا ل مستوى الزيت والماء (المكينة والريديتر) ، في حال امتنع عن الحضور للصيانة وتسبب بعطل في السيارة سيتم إحتساب قيمة الأضرار على المستأجر.
- لا يحق للمستأجر بتسليم السيارة إلى أشخاص آخرين، المذكور اسمه في عقد التأجير هو المصرح بإستخدام السيارة فقط.
- لا يجب تحريك السيارة في حال وقوع حادث ويتوجب على المستأجر الإتصال بإدارة المرور فوراً على رقم هاتف إدارة المرور 199 أو 17872222، ثم الإتصال بالشركة لتزويدنا بالمستندات ، وبما ان شركة التأمين لا تقبل أي قضية بدون تقرير المرور فالمستأجر ملزم بدفع جميع تكاليف التصليح للسيارة المستأجرة والسيارات الأخرى المتضررة في الحادث.
- جميع السيارات مؤمنة تأمين شامل ، عند وقوع حادث والمتسبب به هو المستأجر يتوجب عليه دفع مبلغ التحمل وهو 100 دينار بحريني أو 300 دينار بحريني في حال عمر المستأجر أقل من 25 سنة أو رخصة سياقة المستأجر أقل من سنتين خبرة.
- المستأجر مسئول عن تغطية جميع مصاريف الحادث في حال تم إثبات بأنه تحت تأثير الكحول او المخدرات كما ورد في قانون إدارة المرور من وزارة الداخلية تحت مادة رقم (9) سنة 1979م ورقم (25) سنة 1979م.
- إذا كان المستأجر هو المتسبب في الحادث سيكون مسئول بدفع الغرامة لوقوف السيارة في الكراج، وقيمة اليوم الواحد للسيارات الصغيرة 8 دينار بحريني والسيارات المتوسطة في الحجم 20 دينار بحريني والسيارات الكبيرة في الحجم 30 دينار بحريني.
- يمنع منعاً باتاً عمل أي صيانة للسيارة من قبل المستأجر خارج نطاق الشركة.
- المستأجر مجبر بدفع جميع المخالفات المرورية المنسوبة إليه خلال فترة تأجيرة السيارة وفي حال لم يتم دفع مبلغ المخالفات، الشركة لها كامل الحق بإستخدام بطاقة الائتمان للمستأجر وسيكون هناك رسوم إدارية إضافية بقيمة 10 دينار بحريني.
- المستأجر مسئول عن أي اضرار او حادث في حال عدم وجود طرف آخر.
- يجب على المستأجر زيارة الشركة قبل إنتهاء فترة الإتفاقية بيوم واحد على الأقل لتجديد العقد مرة أخرى على حسب الشروط المطروحة.
- في حال تأخر المستأجر في دفع مبلغ الإجار يكون للشركة كامل الحق بسحب السيارة بدون إنذار وإلغاء العقد ، وإن لم يقوم بدفع المبلغ المستحق عليه فوراً سوف يتم إتخاذ الإجراء القانوني ضده وسيتحمل المستأجر اتعاب مكتب المحاماه وغرامة المحكمة وإلخ....
- يجب على المستأجر التعاون مع الشركة في حال إحتياج السيارة للصيانة الدورية أو لفحص السيارة السنوي.
- المستأجر مسموح له بقيادة السيارة 150 كيلومتر في اليوم الواحد للعقود اليومية والإسبوعية، في حال قام بقيادة السيارة أكثر من المسموح به سيتوجب عليه دفع مبلغ 100 فلس لكل كيلومتر إضافية للسيارات الصغيرة في الحجم ، والسيارات الكبيرة في الحجم مبلغ 300 فلس لكل كيلومتر إضافية.
- للعقود الشهرية المستأجر مسموح له بقيادة السيارة بما لا يزيد عن 4000 كيلومتر في الشهر وفي حال قام بقيادة السيارة أكثر من المسموح به سيتوجب عليه دفع مبلغ 80 فلس لكل كيلومتر.
- الشركة غير مسئولة عن فقدان حاجيات المستأجر والممتلكات الشخصية بعد إستلام السيارة من المستأجر.
- على المستأجر تسليم السيارة نظيفة كما تم إستلامها، في حال تم استلام السيارة متسخة أو بها رائحة كريهة او رائحة سجائر سيتم إحتساب غرامة بقيمة 20 دينار بحريني لغسل السيارة.
- على المستأجر تسليم السيارة مع التأكد من مستوى الوقود ، في حال تسليمها فارغة أو أقل مستوى مما يتوجب عليه سيتم إحتساب ما لا يقل عن 3 دينار بحريني ولا يزيد عن 7 دينار بحريني.
